Our goal is to help every therapist progress from mastering foundational techniques and pain management to confidently treating injuries, improving movement, and supporting long-term wellness and longevity.
This journey typically takes two to three years of dedicated training and hands-on experience.

How You Get Paid
We're transparent about pay because we want you to know exactly where you stand and how to grow.

Getting started (Level One)
30% commission on every session, plus 100% of your tips

$16/hour between clients during your first 6 months, so you're paid while you build your client base

3 months of free training, with extra individual support if you need it

Growing with us
Our four-level career path rewards your skills and results with higher commission and added benefits:

 Level One: 30% Commission. Highlights: Training and hourly pay between clients

 Level Two: 35% Commission. Highlights: CEU reimbursement and a free 60-minute session each month

 Level Three: 40% Commission. Highlights: Free 90-minute monthly session, begin training others

Level Four: 45% Commission. Highlights: Help train the team and oversee the office

You keep 100% of your tips at every level.

Advancement is based on clear, written goals, such as client rebooking and building a full schedule, so you always know what it takes to move up.

This is a W-2 employee position.

Additional pay increases are available.

Where You'll Work

We are hiring at all three of our locations: Annapolis, Stevensville, and Centreville.

Maryland Licensed Massage Therapists or Registered Massage Practitioners are welcome to apply.
All applicants must have their own insurance.
