Responsibilities

- Deliver customized therapeutic sessions using:
Swedish, deep tissue, fascial stretch, cupping


- Conduct client intake and adjust treatment plans for individual progress


- Maintain professional, clean treatment environments


- Collaborate with team and administration to support consistent client care


- Uphold mobile and in‑office protocols for travel logistics and client scheduling


Qualifications & Requirements

Maryland LMT license + professional liability insurance


Daily Therapist Responsibilities

​
1. Client Discovery & Goal-Setting
Welcome clients in-office to explore health history, current concerns, and wellness objectives. This intake shapes a session designed for meaningful therapeutic outcomes.



2. Curating the Treatment Space
Prepare a thoughtfully arranged treatment room—fresh linens, clean tools, and calming ambiance—so every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.



3. Delivering Skilled Techniques
Utilize a refined mix of modalities—Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage—to address tension, promote healing, and support relaxation.



4. Open Communication
Maintain real-time check-ins throughout the session to ensure safety, comfort, and effectiveness. Adjust pressure and techniques in response to client feedback.



5. Aftercare & Treatment Plan Guidance
Offer targeted recommendations post-session—hydration, essential stretches, posture cues, and suggested follow-up appointments to optimize sustained results.



6. Professional Growth & Mastery
Pursue ongoing development by engaging in continuing education (including certifications in new modalities), attending training, and participating in team knowledge-sharing.



Nice‑to‑Have/Preferred

- Certifications: Fascial Stretch Therapy or Assisted Stretching, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Prenatal


- Experience in mobile bodywork or multi‑location therapy environments


- Strong communication & collaborative mindset


Compensation & Growth

Competitive rate: $38+/hr + tips starting rate with performance raise after 90 days


- Free monthly 60‑min therapy session


- Continuing education stipend after 1 year + tuition reimbursement
