At Mobile Performance Therapy, we reserve dedicated time specifically for you. When you book an appointment, that time is no longer available to other clients. The following policies protect our therapists’ time and allow us to maintain a high standard of care.

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments.
Deposits secure your reserved time and are applied toward your final balance.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
A new deposit is required to schedule a future appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Notice must be provided by phone call, text or email to ensure it is received.

NO SHOW POLICY
A “No Show” occurs when:
A client does not arrive for their appointment, OR
A client arrives more than 15 minutes late and the session cannot be completed.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Payment is required within 2 business days.

Failure to remit payment may result in:
Inability to book future appointments
Removal from our client schedule

LATE ARRIVALS
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the appointment time.
Full payment is still required.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
We do not offer refunds for missed appointments.
All gift cards and packages are final sale and non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that true emergencies happen.
Emergency exceptions are reviewed at management’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, even due to illness, may require prepayment in full for future bookings.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
These policies allow us to protect our therapists’ schedules, provide consistent care to our clients, and maintain a professional treatment environment.
