Our polices are as follows:

Booking a Session
All clients are required to have a completed and signed health history form on file prior to their first session. A valid credit card must also be placed on file before any services can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival, to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the session and charge a no-show fee.

Services for Minors
A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a Minor Consent Form prior to the session. Additionally, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the session.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the session cost.

Refund Policy
​We do not offer refunds on gift cards or prepaid session packages.
