SERVICES
(more detailed descriptions for each service provided can be found under the drop down menu under the "Services" tab) Therapeutic Massage Massage therapy is the practice of soft tissue manipulation using manual techniques. Some benefits of massage are to improve circulation, enhance muscle relaxation, relieve muscular pain, reduce stress, or promote health and well–being. Each session is individualized for the client. We are able to use different pressures to get the maximum benefits for the client. We can range anywhere from a light, relaxing, Swedish massage to a slower, deeper tissue massage. The therapist will check in throughout the session to ensure the correct pressure is being applied. NeuroFascial Release This advanced massage therapy is designed for those seeking true relief and balance—not just relaxation. Using a combination of trigger point therapy, Tuina, fascial work, and reflexology, this technique effectively addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. By applying precise compression techniques, NeuroFascial Release helps desensitize pain, release fascial restrictions, and regulate the nervous system, making it highly effective for individuals dealing with chronic tension, hypermobility (hEDS), and movement dysfunctions. It can be tailored to be deeply relaxing or invigorating, depending on your needs. This therapy is ideal for: - Those seeking an effective massage rather than a spa-style experience - Individuals with chronic pain, tightness, or hypermobility - Clients looking for a therapy that identifies and addresses movement habits causing dysfunction - People needing a reset for their nervous system to restore balance and reduce hypersensitivity If you feel constantly tight or in pain, this structured, results-driven massage can provide the relief and awareness you need to move and feel better. Stretch Therapy Stretch therapy is a unique and complete form of pain-free stretching. It is an assisted, one-on-one, table based therapy. Stretch therapy focuses not only on individual muscles and muscle groups but also the our joints and the connective tissue that surrounds these structures. Cupping Therapy Using negative pressure, or suction, cupping therapy opens up and creates space between the different layers of tissue. This allows for increased blood flow, loosening of adhesions and inflexible tissue, and drainage of any excess fluids. Cupping can be used as a stand-along practice or in addition to another modality. Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage Whether you are expecting or trying to get pregnant, we have the massage for you! Depending on where you are in your journey towards motherhood, we can tailor our session to focus on relaxation to help become pregnant, soothe tired and sore muscles and areas during pregnancy, and help loosen muscle groups in preparation for childbirth. Our pregnancy pillows allow moms to comfortably and safely lay on their stomachs during a session- no matter how far along you are! |
